Order Update

When will my order ship?

You should expect your order to ship within 3-7 business days (Mon-Friday). Due to high order volumes, some orders may be delayed. Please note that we print most of our orders on demand. Once your order is printed, it will be sent out. Please do not request it be sent earlier;  our small team is always working hard to get orders out as fast as possible!

We do not offer local pick-up at this time.

Can I make a change to my order? 

Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes or additions. If the order hasn’t yet entered the fulfillment process, we can cancel it so you can place a new order with the requested updates.

How do I cancel an order?

You can only cancel an order if it has yet to start the print process. To inquire, please locate your order number and email [e-mail]

When will I see a refund appear on my card?

Please allow 1-5 business days for funds to appear on the card you used to purchase.
