Are exchanges and returns free?

We offer unlimited free exchanges! If you are returning an item, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I've already washed an item, can I return it?

No. The only exception would be if there is a quality issue with your product after washing it

How many days do I have to return or exchange my order?

We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Help! My order is showing it can not be returned or exchanged.

This could be due to a few different things, its a return of an exchange, the garment is not eligible for a return/exchange, or the order is outside the return window. Please reach out to our customer happiness team and we will gladly assist you!
