Are returns free?

If you choose to protect your order with checkout+ at checkout, then you will be waived the handling fee of $7.50.

How do I return or Exchange an item?

Grab your item number and email, and head to this link. Please not we do not currently offer exchanges. Exchanges will be available on or after April 22nd.

I've already washed an item, can I return it?

No. The only exception would be if there is a quality issue with your product after washing it

How many days do I have to return my order?

We will accept returns within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Help! My order is showing it can not be returned.

This could be due to a few different things, its a return of an exchange, the garment is not eligible for a return/exchange, or the order is outside the return window. Please reach out to our customer happiness team and we will gladly assist you!
